Today mom married Neil Nelson, a wonderful good friend from Wisconsin who I always thought might become my mom's next husband. They've known each other for several years now, and seem to deeply enjoy the time they spend together.
The wedding went extremely well -- it was a small but beautiful and perfectly planned ceremony. The weather during the reception was a bit chilly, but for those of us familiar with Duluth in June, it wasn't particularly unusual.
We're so happy to have Neil join our family, and we look forward to the new life you're making together.
